In today’s world, the pressing challenge of water scarcity impacts both communities and environments. At Aqua to Aqua Global, our innovative desalination technology is being developed to provide fresh, clean water in an environmentally responsible way.

How it works

The key element of the Aqua to Aqua technology is its groundbreaking ability to vaporize water at room temperature into steam at temperatures far below the conventional boiling point of 100°C at atmospheric pressure. This advanced process significantly lowers the energy requirements for the vaporization phase of water, thus making the desalination process notably more energy-efficient.

As the Cavitator rotates around its own axis, it generates centrifugal forces that act outward from the center. Simultaneously, the Torus, enclosing the Cavitator, rotates as well. This rotation introduces an additional centrifugal force.

In a greatly simplified explanation, which sets aside complex factors like the Coriolis effect, the dynamics at play in the Cavitator can be illustrated by observing the forces acting on a water particle on its surface.

At points where the water particle is furthest from the Torus’s central axis (R), the centrifugal forces are at their greatest. Conversely, when the particle is closer to this axis, the forces are less intense.

In addition, the introduction of electricity into the system, particularly with the cavitator walls acting as cathodes, plays a pivotal role in the enhancement of vaporization efficiency of the water.

After undergoing vaporization, the steam is then efficiently separated from minerals through a centrifugal process. This crucial step occurs before the steam reaches the condenser. Once the mineral content is effectively removed, the purified steam is then directed into the condenser for the final phase of condensation.

Some Key Applications

Water Deasalination

Aqua to Aqua technology represents a high-efficiency approach to seawater desalination. This innovative system is designed to optimize the desalination process, leading to substantial energy savings and a reduced environmental footprint. Its advanced capabilities ensure a reliable and sustainable source of fresh water, particularly valuable for regions grappling with water scarcity.

Aided Desalination - RO Plants

In the Reverse Osmosis (RO) desalination process, a considerable amount of highly concentrated saltwater solution (brine) is produced, which is often discharged back into the sea. Aqua to Aqua technology could address this by efficiently processing the brine, separating it into fresh water and minerals.

This not only reduces ecological harm but also adds value by converting a challenging waste into useful products.

Sewage Water treatment

Aqua to Aqua technology effectively addresses sewage treatment by transforming waste water into a reusable resource. Utilizing advanced purification processes, it removes contaminants, organic matter, and pathogens from sewage, reducing environmental impact and supporting sustainable water management. This innovation is particularly valuable in densely populated areas, helping to alleviate the strain on freshwater resources by recycling water from sewage.

Mineral Recovery

Mineral recovery is another crucial aspect of this technology. It effectively extracts valuable minerals from high-content water sources, such as industrial effluents or desalination brine. This process not only minimizes waste but also transforms extracted minerals into usable resources for industrial or commercial purposes. Emphasizing sustainable practices, this method turns environmental challenges into economic opportunities, contributing to a circular economy.
